"State Farm is a terrible agency that blackmails and denies people on the regular. Kenya did nothing to advise or look out for our interests in any issue we had with her. In fact, most of the time she didn’t even know what was happening with our claims! We had home owners insurance for over 30 years, they denied 2 claims and told us if we didn’t pay to replace roof ourselves they were canceling us. Which, even though we spent our money to replace, they still cancelled us! Kenya acted like she had no idea this was happening. LOL the kicker is because of the 2 denied claims moving to another company was much more expensive! Most companies wouldn't even take us. When all you have as an agent is customer service - she failed many times and it cost us thousands. Cannot recommend State Farm or Kenya."
