"Kenya is terrible. She has not a clue about insurance. She is loud, annoying, doesn't listen to you when you try to speak, changes your types of insurance without your permission and blames headquarters. Was with State farm 35 years, My good agent died and was replaced by this Kenya. She will harass you with multiple phone calls to tell you no new information. I kept wondering Kenya ever do your job right Kenya? I switched to a new agent, have had zero problems and my rates have gone down. If Kenya is your agent, I suggest you switch agents. Half the time Kenya isn't even in her office, she leaves the clueless secretary there who knows even less that a pea. To sum it up, Kenya is ignorant, rude, loud, her office smells, and half the day she is too busy getting her gawdy nails done to even do her job at State Farm. Yuck!"

My current insurance was constantly raising my 6 month rates and I decided to see what state farm had to offer. I actually got a premium $100.00 less every 6 months that what I'm paying who could pass that up I would recommend you check out State farm and tell them Kim B referred you!!!!"

"I started with a different state farm agent and I just never felt welcomed by them. So I switched and decided to try Kenya. This was the best choice hands down. She is gem! She listens to me and takes the time to explain things to me if I don't understand. I typically do all my stuff online, but if I stop in I know I am there for a good amount time, because like I said she is there to listen and talk to about anything. I want that type of relationship where I am comfortable with. Her staff is fantastic as well. If I call and they don't know they get an answer for me quickly. Keep in mind it might not be in a few minutes, but it certainly is less than a day. I am aware there are many clients. If you want someone who is kind, but knows her stuff Kenya is that agent."

"Even if you are a first time customer at this State Farm office, it doesn’t feel that way. They are so kind, helpful, welcoming and knowledgeable it made me feel comfortable and confident I’m in the right office to purchase my auto and home insurance. Sure I have shopped around like anyone else to save a few dollars. Let me tell you It’s Not Worth It to save a few dollars and not have a local agent you can talk to.
